Just curious but what are some careers that people that show dogs on here have? Seems like many of the people in my Kennel Club that don't work in an animal related career field are teachers. Anyone want to share?

Oh. I also wanted to add.
I am a student, but once I graduate I would want to major in liberal arts or animal science or maybe even both.

Edit button isn't clickable.

I'm home-based Medical Transcriptionist. As said before, prefer to go into OFA but probably not permanently. Also, graphic design is an option. Also dog training is a big passion. SAR and tracking.

supervisor at a dog daycare/boarding kennel, I groom as well, but I will only do faces, bellies, bums and feet(beyond bath/brush/nails/ears) as I do not have time for full haircuts. and by supervisor I mean of the people and overall business, not a dog attendant, I hardly see the dogs sad :(

Did you know?
The sit for exam is a modified version of the Stand for Exam. It is generally used in novice level classes and requires the handler to order the dog to sit and then to move away from the dog the length of the leash. The judge will then approach the dog and pet the dog's head.
