An entire litter of males and this guy was the keeper. 94.8/59.30 SOP. Decent traits across the board.

Now.. if only he would age faster! lol

Yay!

Just responded to your post moaning about the lack of good males...can't wait to breed him to some of the new girls I've got!

Just had my own 59.3 settle - Oakenridge The Godfather.

Good lines - hopefully he'll be a winner too. I have a 60. something bitch I think might go nicely with him.

I bred a 95 dog too - sadly his generic stats aren't so good. Late 57 or something. Oh well!

Great! He looks good, I'll definitely be using him when he's of age.

And have you seen my newest one??

95.2!!! Oakenridge the Snakebite - he has a nice 59 + in new stats

Is it me or has it become really hard to finish dogs lately?

Sweet on the Snakebite! He's nice, I like his traits.

I landed a 59.85 with a 95.1 old table SOP. His traits are crap, but overall SOP is worth keeping. www.showdog.com/users/dog_info.aspx?id=10638648

And its not just you, finishing dogs has been a pain in the arse lately, and Im having issues with the whole change in judging since dogs that SHOULD have finished ages ago aren't taking better than reserves. I've got a bitch with near 30 points... not a single major yet, she SHOULD be getting breed wins but isnt. Keeps taking 2 pointers and nothing better than best opposite to a stud that shouldn't be beating her. I cant stack enough to get her finished. Thinking of just pulling out of shows for a while and working on breeding.

Did you know?
Judges are generally certified to judge one or several breeds, usually in the same group, but a few "all-breed" judges have the training and experience to judge large numbers of breeds.
