you can purchase source dogs of any breed through this link:

If it doesn't work as a direct link - go to your account page, then at the boxes to the right, it's under Miscellaneous - Purchase Starter Dogs.

These prices depend on how many dogs are for sale in your breed - you can also choose certain colors for a higher price.
