I'll miss everyone and big thanks to those who purchased my dogs. Thank you guys for giving them good homes. I'll definitely hit you all up if I start again. happy :)

I am only waiting on 3 litters. Other than that my entire kennel is up for sale. My dogs SOPs range anywhere from 96.30-96.60 and adjusted SOPs of -96.50 to -96.75.

Since our post is about to fall off the first page....

I got this girl today, the highest I've bred so far.

My entire kennel is up for sale now. All my broodies are ready to breed as well so grab them while you can! I will most likely not be returning to the game or logging in again. If I do, a big thank you to Aussie and Lycaons for helping me start again. Enjoy my dogs and thank you guys for giving them homes/continuing my lines. happy :)

Well, I got 3 lovely sisters today in the same litter. If my math is correct, this lady would be 97.1 with adjusted SOP. That was a surprise. Damn her low SS!

Been there done that --- it hurts when they are so good but low SS. She will make a lovely broodie though.

I found this boy in my kennel today 96.95 SOP. A rather nice lad ......

Thank you to Winter Heart for putting CH Winterhearts Blow Me Away up for stud and even more so for selling him to me!

The wolf greys are making a come back in my kennels -- at one stage last year, I had only one wolf grey..... now they are almost dominant.

I had a litter this morning that was entirely wolf grey. I remember the color breeding project to bring them up to par several years back.

And at 96.8, I think I might even try showing her, low ss and all. Her sop is competitive even with the low ss.

Worth a try - she is a lovely girl, she should do well.

I am sessioning a 19.6 SS boy, the lowest I have tried yet. But I like him a lot, so thought he was worth a try also, even though his actual SOP is only 96.50.

Hello all, I am not a Keeshond breeder, but I am a hobbyist campaigner who has taken an interest campaigning Keeshonds. I don't post here as I'm not a breeder, but I have had a lot of fun campaigning Keeshonds, so I continue to bring them into my kennel one at a time for this very reason.

Anyway, I’m here to commend Gypsy Winds Celtic Pride who tonight closed the book on an outstanding campaign, taking 2nd in breed in his final show, a bittersweet end to an outstanding campaign of a dog that was strong all the way to the end. happy :)

His accomplishments are as follows:

11x Best in Show winner
1x NBISS
3x BISS
5x specialty placer
22 show placements
75 BIB
1,046 keeshonds beaten
12,449 dogs beaten
345 GCH points
October 2015 SDWC- 2nd in group
November 2015 SDWC - 4th in Group
#2 Kee, #5 all breeds, #3 Non-sporting October 2015
#1 Kee, #3 all breeds, #2 Non-sporting November 2015
#1 Kee, #1 all breeds, #1 Non-sporting December 2015
#1 Kee, #29 all breeds, #2 non-sporting January 2016 -will not hold as he is no longer showing
Career earnings of 3,089

Silver GCH
#2 Keeshond GCH points
#37 all-time GCH points

#19 all-time ranked Keeshond! Highest ranked modern Keeshond
Record holder for most BISs ever achieved by a Keeshond

I want to thank Gypsy Wind for placing this amazing gem up for sale for me to discover, it's been a pleasure showing him, and I couldn't be happier with how well he has done. happy :) Truly a fantastic dog by any breeds standards; will truly miss checking his results every evening. I'm a bit surprised he wasn't more widely used as a stud, so I guess he will leave behind no legacy other than a very successful campaign, shame too, because he has a lot of exceptional qualities.

Anyway, the end of one journey is merely the start of another; I will begin scoring the sale pages right away for my next campaign project. Hopefully this next one won't take me as long to stalk for as the last one. Look forward to continuing to exhibit with you guys. happy :)

Thanks for letting me brag a little and much credit to Gypsy for breeding him. happy :)

Drake, thank you very much for the wonderful job you did campaigning him. Truly outstanding. When i think that I was going to FH him if no one bought him. Sigh. lol

Thanks guys ^^, and yeah Gypsy, it's a good thing I saw him, it would be a shame if he didn't get to show to his potential. One thing I can say about this breed is that it’s fun to show in. I experiment with a variety of campaign projects off to the side of my breeding program and of those keeshonds is the one that’s the most fun, so I can see myself campaigning these guys on the side for a long time into the foreseeable future.

That said; after scouring through all the dogs on the sales page that met my age criteria, which took quite some time to enter them all into my spreadsheets. I discovered that only one might have full campaign potential and even then it's only just; don't think I will try him out even though I do believe he can do exceptionally well, because I know I can find something with more staying power. Guess I'm going to be stalking the sales page for awhile again as I am exceedingly particular. Probably won’t post here much as I don’t breed Kees and have really nothing to contribute, but thanks for the warm reception. Look forward to finding my next campaigner. happy :)

I really like this idea for a "top traits for stud dogs" thread that the English Setter folks have going on. Are you guys interested in a list of our own? Im happy to put one together (around schoolwork this week, so it'll take a few days) if you guys are willing to help keep it up to date.
