This is Aussiewolfsister's second, and separate, Keesie kennel. I just thought you might like to see the first 9.9 coat.

Now, if we can see a 9.9 coat, why are the 9.9 heads so rare as to be almost non existant? In my tenure back in keeshonds this time, its the only stat I havent seen budge

Just realized while I was organising studs, that the 9.9 coat is the second I have bred in this kennel, and they both go back to a daughter of an old Cherry Creek bitch I bought to resurrect an old line. Now to try and keep the coat going -- and hopefully eventually to get it into a good male to spread it around ... fingers crossed!!!!

Congrats on the BIS Lycaons, and the 9.9 coat Aussiewolf happy :)

My own humble brag - GCH Analeyn Pretty Little Liar retires at 120 days old. 3 Best In Shows, countless group wins etc & Specialty BIS's.

But best of all, 378 GCH points and 19th standing on the all-time top GCH's list Allbreeds! So pleased & pretty cool for Keeshonds.

Now to have a litter from her...finally!

I tried out your new boy Aussie, but I liked what his daddy produced for me!

Congrats Analeyn, your girl has done well.

She was the best he has sired by a long way Lycaons. I am not over impressed with him so far. Most of his better pups, a total of three, that I have bred at this stage, are only barely better than him.

Congrats Analeyn!

Got a second in show last night under Michelle Hamilton with my boy Ask About Me. I'm very excited. Maybe I will get a BIS soon.

Congrats on your 2nd in show. You have a very nice group of show dogs going round, so I rather think your BIS is not very far away now happy :)

Well done happy :)

Winter Heart - I also had a 2nd In Show under Michelle Hamilton. I agree! Hopefully she decides to give a Keeshond BIS sometime soon.

So Break The Ice is now up for stud - 96.30 with 9.5fq.

Just bred 10 litters - mostly to Break The Ice, but a couple to Aussie's Théoden. Fingers crossed. I've never had that many due at once before!

Went to check expected litters in my other kennel, hoping for a 9.9 coat passed on .... no luck there, but found a not bad 96.00 SOP boy with a 9.7 gait, sired by one of the resident studs.

The only problem with my latest 96.00 is that it is in the wrong kennel - AusWolf!!

I have managed to breed four 96.00s in DenKees kennel -- the best one is the latest at only 96.10 SOP, but have FHed an awful lot of pups/litters before he arrived.

Good luck to all the crying corner, hope you get some really nice puppies soon.

I may elect myself Mayor.

That 9.9 coat is beautiful.

This show result is puzzling me. I thought as Lindisse was best of Opposite sex she should have had 3 points not 1. Or am I missing something.

Did you know?
In the American Kennel Club, a dog needs 15 points to become a Champion, with each win gaining anywhere from zero to five points depending on the number of dogs competing and the area where the show is held.
