What exactly does it mean to finish a dog?

Simply that your dog has earned its championship and the title CH before its name. Your dog needs to beat enough dogs within the breed in order to earn at least 2 majors (3-5 point wins) and a total of 15 points before it is considered a champion and 'finished'. |
