I think I actually was charged twice as well DATE TO/FROM MEMO CREDITS DEBITS 9/9/2014 admin Dog Food - 9/9/2014 13.25 9/9/2014 admin Dog Food Makeup - 9/9/2014 0.00 9/9/2014 admin Dog Food - 9/9/2014 13.25 |

I'm fairly sure the reason that everyone has been charged twice on the 9th Sept is because dog food wasn't charged on the 6th Sept. If you take a look at your billing history - you'll notice that you weren't charged for dog food on the 6th. |

Dog food wasn't charged on 6th but neither did condition improve i.e. they weren't fed so should not have been charged. My kennels were charged twice yesterday. |
