How are the black russians from obtaining these titles? Do they ever? Or is it pretty much unheard of...

Pretty much unheard of. There is just not enough players to get the SOP up high enough to achieve placements.

LOL Ok, I have 2 females in my kennel I am breeding to get my started in the breed. happy :)

Judges are generally certified to judge one or several breeds, usually in the same group, but a few "all-breed" judges have the training and experience to judge large numbers of breeds.
