hi all i paid the upgrade for 10 accounts for $33 a month but i can only manage 5 kennels on my family account how do i do the other 5 please.i canceled the upgrade as i feel i was conned i paid for 10 only manage 5.please help

When you pay for 10 accounts, you get 2 family accounts with 5 kennels each. Not 1 family account with 10 kennels. |
