Which dog is currently your star in the ring... the one you can't wait to check their results?

My current star is CH Elys Leaf On The Wind www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=14084652 29 days old, with 2 BIS and 2 BISS already! If I was better picking judges for him, he would already be a GCH. (Alexander George and Jolene all need their eyes checked! LOL)

I have so many dogs that I love but I guess this lad is my 'star' act

www.showdog.com/users/showresults.aspx?id=13885821

He was sold as a puppy, fed well, sessioned but never shown, and then the kennel was abandoned so he was bought back by his breeder (at $300 which seemed a lot! especially for an unshown dog!) Had he been shown from young he might have made Silver GCH

My star is on his way out of the ring in a few days

GCH Advokat Wave Walker
www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13877230
The most successful dog I have ever had on SD (going back all the way to 2004)
57 BOB and 6 Group wins. And my first ever show placement!
He's a bronze sire and silver GCH with 215 points so far.
He's also the #6 Azawakh of all time.

I have a pet dream that he'll make it to #5 in the next 6 days. Not likely at all but I can hope lol.

My best dog is GCH DenKees Faramir. The most successful dog I have ever had by a long way.

www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=14014991

He has 2 BISS, and 3 BIS. And has 163 GCH points.

He has produced some nice pups, although not as good as I had hoped.

My best is CirclingSky Raven...
www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13998501

Last night he turned up BIS, my first BIS in malamutes since I started back in the game, and also got his bronze GCH. He's currently #2 all breed dogs.

He's also produced a son who should be even better, who took his first major last night!

I'm having a ton of fun with him!

Mine is GCH Pearl City Solanum Tuberosum,
with 8 BIG and 1 BIS, I'd say he is doing pretty good. Though I'm not surprised, his dad and grandfather did just as good in the ring too.

I don't really have any current exciting show prospects (I'm source breeding over here lol), but I remember this guy I bred before I went on hiatus:
www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=11551882

He's the 7th All-Time Pumi. He went out with exactly 1,000 dogs beaten haha, and that was quite the achievement for me since Pumis weren't all that active when I was in the breed. happy :) He's a Bronze GCH~

My current special (who is almost 100 days old) GCh.Kissangels Gift Horse www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13953520 has 5 Best in Shows, 14 Group 1sts, 50 Best of Breeds, 4 Best in Specialties and 225 GCh.points.

I am keeping an eye on my new up and coming special (who is 29 days old) GCh.Kissangels Party Started www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=14111652 who already has a Best In Show, 2 Group 1sts, 7 Best of Breeds and 28 GCh.points (she has not competed in a specialty yet).

But none will touch my old boy Ch.Kissangels Third Watch UD....64 BIS, 82 Group 1sts, 157 BOB wins...The number two dog all breeds of all time and the number one GSD of all time.

Breed Beaten 396
Group Beaten 2,345
All Beaten 4,256

But my all time top winning dog was
Fingerprint Hot Spot
He was #1 all breed in 2008.

My current Azawakh STAR is:

GCH CH Chaos and Havoc - Sabotage

He is currently 92 days old and is a 92.95% SOP. He will be campaigned until he is 120 days old.

His current tally includes:

200 GCH Points
482 Azawakhs beaten
3219 All dogs beaten
46 Best in Breed
2 Best of Opposite Sex
4 Best in Specialty Show
1 Runner up Best in Specialty Show
9 Best in Group
10 in Group placements (2nd, 3rd or 4th in Group)
1 3rd in Shows
3 4th in Shows

I cant wait to see what his final tally will be happy :)

He also has 7 CH pups with 3 more being shown - so he will soon be a Merit boy too happy :)

Did you know?
In the American Kennel Club, a dog needs 15 points to become a Champion, with each win gaining anywhere from zero to five points depending on the number of dogs competing and the area where the show is held.
