I've read two different parts in the help section that contradicts itself on this issue. Are basic accounts allowed to place a dog up for stud or not?

They are, however the dog must have first earned his CH I believe.  |

Yes - thats correct Basic accounts can only put a dog up for stud once it has obtained it's CH title - and the price is already pre-set to $25. The only changeable option is whether or not you want the stud up for public use or on Approval |
