I just woke up about 20 minutes ago, the outage type stuff started after I went to bed last night. Long story short, I did a different exercise yesterday and slept long.

Here’s what I know about the overnight stuff right now…

The server associated with this ticket has appeared in the managed backup failure monitoring console.

We are currently working to resolve the backup issue relating to this Server and we will keep you informed.

It was a hardware failure, not something I messed up, Rackspace is working on the backup restore right now.

It’s the only thing I’m working on right now but I won’t have an updates or answers to questions until I find out something useful.

Unfortunately, you're going to need to session some dogs manually.

The session stuff ran out of order last night.

I see that some people have gotten their sessions.

I have not received any yet. Not sure if its going out in "waves" or if assistants where done first and we just havent received our "manual sessions" yet?

Thanks!

Is this the same on ShowCats? My account was supposed to get 8 sessions, but I only got the 1 I bought.

I was charged for 3 sessions, but never received any in this account.
My other 2 accounts ran fine with sessions.

I too was charged for the ten extra sessions and did not receive them. I only received the daily setting of 12. Hopefully the sessioning missed will not affect the training and conditioning too adversely as they get older. It seems that the older the pups get the more sessions it takes to get them up to 20.

Did you know?
At least two wins must be a set of three or more points ("majors"), under two different judges; at least one additional win under a third judge is also required.
