What happens to the dogs in those banned kennels just wondering.

They probably just sit there. If it's a dog you need, I'm guessing you can reclaim it after 30 days.

Message Jeff, tell him which dog which kennel and that you'd like it back. I'm sure he'll help. If you wait 30 days you'll end up paying $300 which is probably far more than they paid for it in the first place.
