lots of problems lately

Feels like as one problem is solved another appears.
We have shows today.

This happened last week when shows didn't run as well - the sessions and assistants were not working after the show issue was fixed.

Feels like deja vu.

no sessions and lots of dogs to session what to do ?

Did someone message the admin about this yet?

No salary or session sales money either

I agree, one issue gets fixed and another breaks.
Assistants are on strike again.

It's a real nuisance

This just happened on Tuesday according to my inbox records. I emailed them about not receiving sessions and didn't hear anything back. Hopefully someone emailed cause I'm not going to bother. No one ever got sessions on Tuesday so don't plan on getting any today.

I messaged with no response once again

They're out now.

I'm going to double the amount of sessions granted for the next month as a small apology.

While I appreciate the gesture I don't see how this is going to help or work as an apology. Dogs can only be sessioned once a day if the assistants don't work the puppies/dogs don't get done and the sessions just disappear with the next days update. It's fine for this kennel because i'm in it every day but i don't always have time to do all 10 kennels which is why i rely on the assistants.

Didnt receive double sessions.

Maybe they start tomorrow.

London Calling, you're right and I understand your concern. It was a mess up and I didn't see it in time. It would be foolish of me to say it or something like it won't happen again at some point.

Is there an something else you'd prefer I do instead?

Extra login bonus or salary maybe? Either way I think extra sessions are fine (for me) because I sell my unused sessions in the first place..

Well, I'm not especially active these days but I do log into each kennel every day. I don't use assistants, never have.

But . . .

Perhaps what might help is make it so you can bank sessions and increase the daily session limits on the dogs to perhaps 3 times each.

I mean really, a dog could easily be exercised three times a day (just turn them out in the yard), they could be trained three times a day (shorter repeated sessions might even be more effective). And yeah, I have a high end grooming breed and while I usually brush once a day, I could do it three times.

I didn't really "need" extra sessions, so I changed my salary/session setting down a notch so I can benefit from double sessions, but also get the salary bump. (I normally get 8 sessions, but now will get 8 on the 4 setting). I did this partly because I can see the value of sold sessions lowering due to people not needing them all.

How will this work? Double sessions I understand...but no auctions? Does this mean we can't sell extra sessions since people will not be buying?
