Hi. I paid for an upgrade from 5 to 10 kennel runs 1-2 days ago but still only have 5 kennel runs, when I go to manage family account it does not allow me to add any more kennels to my account

Jeff fixed everything for me, thanks. I wasn't sure if I sent messages correctly but all good now
