Hey everybody, I'm kind of late this month, but welcome to the third round of me giving a specialty to one lucky breed!

How it works: I pick a number between 1-100. Y'all also pick a number between 1-100 and post it on the thread along with the breed that you would like me to create a specialty for. I will leave this open until the 19th in hopes of getting plenty of entries. Whoever is the closest as of that date, wins a specialty. I also like to give out a payout towards the BISS.
