I've been neglectful. I think my best is 93.85 or somesuch. (I've been having some issues lately.)

I'm counting on the rest of you to keep the EC banner flying!

I know this is a dumb question, but what is an adjusted SOP?

Adjusted sop is what would have been if the show show was a 20.

If you're interested - the calculation for working out an 'Adjusted SOP' is:

20 minus low SS number divided by 2 then add that to the SOP of the dog to find out what it would have been if the dog was born with 20ss.

Example:

Lets say the dog's current SOP is 93.50% and he was born with a 17.2SS.

20 - 17.2

= 2.8

Then divide that by 2:

2.8 / 2 = 1.4

Then add that to the dogs SOP to find out what his SOP would have been if it was born with a 20SS.

1.4 + 93.50 = 94.90%

Here's another two examples of some of my own dogs:

www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=15154252

Current SOP: 91.75
SS: 17.9

20 - 17.9 = 2.1

2.1 divided by 2 = 1.05

1.05 + 91.75 = 92.80%

(Quite a difference!)

---

And another:

www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=15214235

Current SOP: 95.50%
SS: 19.5

20 - 19.5 = 0.5

0.5 divided by 2 = 0.25

0.25 + 95.50 = 95.75

happy :)
