Great idea! They probably are not here because they are not AKC, but there are other non-AKC breeds. I don't think any new breeds are being added right now though. Maybe the parti colors could be added to standard poodles?

The poodle (and most other) breed standards are based on AKC breed standards. So, no mixed colour poodles in the game.
