Is there a phrase in the game for the occasional puppy that is born 1+ point ABOVE the current high SOP's?

I can think of lots of words I've used to describe such puppies, but I don't know of an official term.

Me neither. "Leap" puppies are as good as any.

Adding new term to my SD vocabulary. Now all I need is a leap puppy to make an appearance. . .
