Yes but if you are going to do any more than one you get a better break with a family account.

I dont have time for a family right now. I am just looking to help a breed. How do I find the rare breed account option?

I did.

He replied back that;
"They no longer push the rare breed accounts but they do still exist."

Being relatively new to showdog - what was/is a rare breed account?

On the rare breed accounts page there was a list that periodically changed (like maybe every 24-48 hours, gosh, can't remember now) - but it was a list of breeds with the lower number of dogs/players.

You would select your choice of rare breed from the list and the cost was $3 something per month instead of the $4.95 for the standard subscription.

BUT, you could only have dogs of that one breed in that kennel. Even if you cancelled the account, left and came back and resubscribed the account would always only be open to dogs of that one specified breed.

It was meant to encourage players to add an extra kennel for breeds with lower numbers.

Did you know?
The sit for exam is a modified version of the Stand for Exam. It is generally used in novice level classes and requires the handler to order the dog to sit and then to move away from the dog the length of the leash. The judge will then approach the dog and pet the dog's head.
