What can a basic do with its money? Can I add payouts? Or something?

You can enter dogs in shows and buy new dogs but as far as I know Basics can not give their money away by creating shows or adding payouts.

Lots of cash sitting in my basic too - nothing I can do but buy a dog.... I wish I could offer payouts or something.
