Reasons You May Be Unable to Offer On A Dog

Dog owners have the option to turn off offers on any dogs at their discretion. If the offers on a dog are turned off, then it is safe to assume that that person does not want to sell his or her dog. The only exception to this may be when someone has turned offers off and then later decided to sell a dog. Sometimes people will forget to turn offers back on. If you see a dog that you would like to buy on the sales list with its offers turned off or that is unnamed, send a polite e-mail to the dog owner explaining the situation. Remember also that dogs must be named in order for you to offer on them.

If your balance is too low to cover the offer you are making on the dog, your offer will automatically be deleted.
