I'm trying to create a second account, but I'm not getting the email with my temp password. I've tried using the forgotten password link, but that just takes me to an error page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Alas, the new accounts on ShowHorse have been similarly broken for a year or two.

We have found a sort of workaround on SH:
If you upgrade your single to a Family you can add 4 new accounts but only use one of them. As the expiration date draws near, cancel the Family and subscribe the ones you are using as singles.

I'm assuming it's the same problem as on ShowHorse and that it's related to something that got missed with the recent moves. Hopefully if you can get it fixed on SD maybe we can get it fixed on SH too.

I should add that we had issues a few months ago on SD with errors on the password/account recovery process which also sends automated emails so that might be the root of the problem in both cases.
