So, my paypal was charged on Jan. 10 for my family account subscription, but this morning my accounts are all showing as Basic? How long does it take to update them? I’ve never had this happen before...

Have you tried logging out and then logging in again on each account? |

Yep, tried that. Still showing as Basics |

This might be a silly question, but did you add all of the individual kennels to the family account? |

I went to PayPal and canceled the subscription, then re-did it. I have no idea what happened with the renewal this year, but at least I got it all back to premium lol |
