Just upgraded account and, wondering.
-is there a way to get more than 10 sessions?
-how does certain kennels get a fancy picture on profile?
-What else do I need to know to further enjoy all this game has to offer?

Sessions > Go to My Account and click on Sessions/Salary - you can choose from the options there. I think most of us use No Salary 12 sessions (which will currently give you 24).
You will be able to sell back your extra sessions for more than you would get paid in salary.

>Edit Kennel Slogan from the My Account page will give you access to the area where you change what is displayed on your kennel page. If you aren't able to create your own graphics, check the banner making forum and I'm sure you can find someone to create something for you.

Not sure if I have any general advice on the game...
If you have specific questions there is usually someone around to answer.

There are a couple of "guides" on the Beginner Forum that might be helpful. (Guide for Basics and Guide for Showing - even though you're subscribed, there is lots of info in the Basics guide.)
