Well, maybe the canadians have to import them from certain places and it's just too expensive, or maybe none of the rare breeds matched the people's lifestyle. But there are Karelian Bear Dogs in Canada. Yep.

We have drevers! We show & breed them. They're very rare. We had to import from Finland. They are CKC registered & are champions happy :)

Did you know?
The sit for exam is a modified version of the Stand for Exam. It is generally used in novice level classes and requires the handler to order the dog to sit and then to move away from the dog the length of the leash. The judge will then approach the dog and pet the dog's head.
