My account balance has been at the same exact figure for about a week in this account.

Have you hit $25000? It will hold there once you hit it

I am having the same problem. I thought it was because maybe I forgot to sell my sessions the first day, but now it has happened again.

Check under "My Account (top left corner)

if you have all sessions selected and you do not sell them or use them all yourself you may not get any salary.

If you do not log in every day you will lose the log-in bonus.
