Seasoned SD player with new kennel (premium member since 2006) looking for Lowchens to get kennel up and running- willing to pay 300 each if it takes that

Currently I have some starters I am breeding to current dogs to start up a new line- so if you see starters in there dont stress! With one active showing kennel I gathered some new blood in the breed would be a welcome change

Ive had placements in show at SDWC (2 dogs placing 2nd and 3rd in show one month!!) and have titled many many dogs and breeds- I have tried Lowchens in the past and found it almost impossible to breed new stuff or win at shows due to mediocre dogs to start with.

Any help most appreciated!
