I have wanted to do a 'from scratch' Lowchen kennel for quite a while, and when I saw the rare breed link and thread, I decided that now was the time.
I am wondering about how long it will take before I have competitive dogs? Has anyone had trouble with too much inbreeding while trying to maintain their own seperate lines? I am not sure how this will work as far as inbreeding and really don't want to use outside dogs, but I may have to in the future.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I should go about doing this?
Also, does anyone have source or low gen dogs available in case I need to do an outbreeding?
