And all my dogs are black lol
So what did you guys get? Any other colour out there?

I have mostly Black with a touch of Lilac and Grey

I got all black and 2 greys.

Most of my dogs are black, but I have several greys and dark tawnies.

I have mainly black or grey, a few dark tawny and a couple of lilac (?) puppies!

Thats great we have most of the colours around.
Does anyone know the colour combinations and offspring?
For example I bred a black to a near white and got light tawny and tawny pups.
Also ive noticed black bred to grey gives lilac.

Nope, but based on 2 litters I have:

Black x Grey gave:
3 Black pups
3 Grey pups
1 Lilac pup

Dark Tawny x Grey gave:

2 Grey
1 Lilac
2 Black
2 Dark Tawny

Haven't had time to look at litters and work out 'laws of average' yet, might try at the weekend.

Oh and Grey x grey gave all grey pups!

I am new to Briards so I don't really know what the rare colors are.

You were actually the first person to get colours in our breed lol
We have mostly blacks so any other kennel should be considered "rare" at the moment.

Black, Dark Tawney and Near White were my starter dogs.

I like the two colors dog white and black. I have 3 dogs in my home, 2 of black color and 1 of white color. The 2 black color dogs are German shephored and 1 white color dog is of Volpino Italiano breed. And now i am looking to take a Grey color briard.
