Someone just offered $75 on a dog I had up for sale for $100. I thought we were not allowed to sell for less than $100. Did I miss a new rule change? And how were they able to offer less than $100??

this post has been edited 1 time(s) If you have a dog on approval like: www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13333339 a user can offer a smaller amount, since $100 is suggested.
