I'm probably being really stupid here but I can't figure out how much family accounts are?

Could somebody please help me out.

$149.95/12 months

And if you're trying to work it out into GBP, that's approx. £12, £30, £55, £92 respectively, at least according to Google's current exchange rate.

I can't even see a subscriptions page but maybe you have to look at subscriptions before you log in.

It's also under Account Level > Upgrade/Update your account HERE.

You can be logged in to view it.
