this post has been edited 1 time(s) Nothing. The Meds were added at some earlier game development point in anticipation of adding illness. It was decided that having dogs get sick and die was too much reality so our dogs don't get sick although they do die of old age. It has been debated but I believe the consensus is that the Meds in dog food are irrelevant so they are normally set at the lowest level (1).
