Hi All!

Since there seem to be quite a few 'community' threads going on
I thought it would be fun and possibly helpful if we had a thread too.

Any and all Affenpinscher discussion is welcome...
Including, but not limited to:

Hello!
I returned to the game last month after a 6 month hiatus.

So far I’ve been actively showing 3 dogs from my first round of litters –
GCH Roschen Live Wire
CH Roschen Power and Fame
and Roschen Hot Wired

It seems like I always have an abundance of boys and no girls. So I was excited to purchase two partially sessioned girls from Tizzy’s recently.
They will be ready for the show ring soon.

GCH Roschen Live Wire picked up a couple of Group Placements this month under
judges Patrick Tatum (Group 4), Patricia Stevens (Group 4) and Erik Morris (Group 3).
I was also delighted to see him win Best In Specialty for April.

And that's it for me at the moment!

It is a $20 entry, but it's hard to pass up a chance at $500!

Also,
I did add an "Indiana Affenpinscher Club Specialty" for May 18.

I'm going to try and remember to host this show EVERY month.
MAYBE if we can get our entries up, some other folks might like to host a club specialty for their states or regions?

Well, it's been a while since I've posted.
But wanted to touch base on a few things...

1. Current Breeders
Just counting folks with 5+ dogs we currently have 5 breeders -
Custompoint, LeBleu, Silverstorm, Suna Raion, and Traditions
I see long time Affen breeder TizzyToo is still listed, but with only 2 dogs. Hope you reconsider and stick around.

2. SOUTHERN INDIANA AFFENPINSCHER SPECIALTY
Upcoming Specialty with HUGE Payouts - Sep 18th

> $1000 Payout for BISS,
> $500 each for WD and WB
> $500 for Best Puppy in Match (Details Below)

In addition we will consider all puppies entered in this specialty as entered in a "Puppy Match"

I will act as "judge" and look at each puppy's stats and pick a Best Puppy in Match based on the puppy's stats and my judgement.

The prize will be $500.
(You will need to have a payment pup available in order to receive your payment.)

You have time to breed today and have puppies sessioned and ready by Sep 18th.

(I will probably have puppies entered in the Specialty, but will not include my puppies in the Puppy Match.)

and lastly,
What's your best SOP for boys and girls.
I'd like to update the Affenpinschers listing on the TOP SOP page - but I'm not sure who has what.
