As my boy is turning 120 days old tomorrow he will be retired from the ring so I thought I would honour him with a tribute to his achievements:
GCH CH Ariege – The Kings Speech A Tale of the Kings Reign Born on the 19th January 2015 to parents Ariege – In The Breeze and Ariege – Best Feeling this pup was set for glory. The Kings Speech was born with a high SOP for the breed at that time despite his parents being of lower quality. He hit the ring as a young pup on the 9th February winning BOB for a 5 Point Major – quickly followed by another 2 consecutive 5 Point Majors to finish his Champion title in 3 days! His GCH title was accomplished by the time he turned 40 days old. Thankfully being born a male this meant his show career could continue to thrive whilst at the same time he got to know the local ladies and begin passing on his genes to the next generation. To date The Kings Speech has produced 18 Champion offspring and also has another 13 pups being sessioned or being currently shown. If all of these pups obtain their CH title he will be looking at a total of 31 CH offspring from the one sire! A pretty incredible achievement! The Kings Speech has already been awarded a Bronze Merit badge of achievement – which will soon be upgraded to Silver Merit. In the ring The Kings Speech has certainly made a splash with the following achievements: 34 x BOBs 1 x BIG 2 x RUBISS 1 x RUBIG These wins have allowed him to earn a total of 185 Grand Champion Points! An update on GCH CH Ariege - The Kings Speech and his quest for a Silver Merit Award: GCH CH Ariege - The Kings Speech: www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13734315 Current Stats: # of GCH pups: 3 # of CH pups: 22 # of pups still being shown to CH title: 9 As long as all the remaining 9 dogs finish their titles he will end up with a total of 31 CH offspring!  At the moment he is only 3 CH titles off becoming a Silver Merit Sire |
