Ok this is super weird - I see two sets of genetics on dog pages. It looks like one is from before a genetics reset and one is after. I'm not seeing this on my premium account.

They are the settings before the reset. Go to account, account settings and turn Old ratings off. You'll have to log out then back in for it to take effect
