Offer placed and accepted. Got email from kennel saying offer accepted, my account debited, but no puppy.

Help? Or just a glitch?

New purchases generally show up on your doorstep pretty fast.

Do you have a name, number, sire or dam name through which to trace the whereabouts of this dog? Is it still in the seller's kennel? Did it get accidentally FHed or something?

If you have paid and don't have the dog, certainly within an hour or so, it sounds like something has gone astray - a glitch of some sort.

Hmm that's sounds very strange? :/

Can you email the person her sold it and try and figure out where it is?
