If you check the user list you'll see that he 'usually' logs in to his Admin account once a day. That is where I usually have the best luck leaving messages. Although I don't often get a response, within a few days the problem is generally fixed. If he's out of town, it may take longer.

Is it better to use the Admin page to reach Jeff?

Not positive but I think Admin might work better. I've sent to both if I'm real desperate with a "CC the other" so he knows it's a duplicat message not separate issues.

If it's a time sensitive issue, I've never had trouble reaching him at the business phone number on the bottom of the page.
