Getting a debug page when we attempt to choose a handler for any of the newest judges.

This is NEW as of Feb 28/17.

I'm also having this problem today. It must have happened recently because I see some other entries that have assigned handlers somehow.

I am having a problem assigning judges from this account but no problem from other accounts.
