please see about putting the extra 5 accounts on this account.. i don't know where else to try to notify him that i upgraded to 10 accounts but its still at 5 ....

Not sure - it's been a long time but I think you need to assign one of the new kennels as a manager and link the other four new ones to it. They are actually 2 family-5 accounts, not one 10-account. You advise Jeff to link the two families together so that you get the additional discount on the second family. |
