Semm Kennel's rules & policies:

Buying Policies:
I'm sorry but unless if you have no dogs at all, I can't sell my dogs to basics that just joined. This is not mean, I want to give them some time to get to know the site better and get more experience. If you offer on one my dogs on a fairly new basic account, but you actually have a main account and have been on showdog for a long time let me know and e-mail me on your main account for proof.

Families and Standards, please not I have no comparison between you and basics, and that your offer does NOT have a better chance of getting accepted.

Buying Rules:

1. Do not feed any of my dogs Old Boy. To new players: this means to avoid feeding any of my dogs the rations Old Boy Generic Dog Food and Old Boy Puppy Formula. It effects your dogs health, so I suggest you avoid feeding any of your dogs Old Boy as well.

2. If I sold a dog to you and you would like forever home it or sell it, E-mail me before doing so. I might want it back.

3. And of course, if I sold a dog to you make sure he/she is never neglected. Session my dog, breed my dog, show my dog, anything! just as long as its happy and included into your kennel.

Breeding Policies:

Depending on the number of studs I have, I would either breed my bitch to an inside stud at 30 days old for her first time or breed her to an outside stud at 31 days old for her first time. If I used one of your studs you are more than welcomed to take a puppy or two from the litter, just ask me. I will put all of my current studs up for breed, and most of them will not require approval. But some will require approval.

Breeding Rules:

1. The bitch cannot be a starter. Starters usually pass on bad genetics and health to their pups, in which I will not accept.

2. The bitch cannot be older than 100 days old. She's too old, no question.

3. No neglected bitches. I want to see that the bitch as atleast been sessioned, bred, or showed.

To make sure all dogs have a nice, welcoming home.
