An iPad is not mobile friendly!! It’s not a smart phone. But thanks for your reply. I’m pretty sure admin knows what I’m talking about.

Well, I can get in on my phone but Everything is so small, not sure why anyone would use their phone for SD other than to take a quick look at something.
Jeff doesn’t come here much and *may* consider this a minor problem.
If you feel strongly about this, post this in the BUGS forum.
IF he was to come here, that is where he *may* go first.

IMO mobile friendly sites simply suck.

The only reason they are in existence is because of the way phones are now. Internet and telephones were two different things and in my opinion weren't made for each other.

Internet browsing on the phone is already not ideal and I really don't see how this game could thrive being mobile friendly. It would be SERIOUSLY tedious. One page on the phone doesn't allow the user to see anything but the content on the one page. You'd have to tap just to be able to see other content. It takes too long. Not to mention the majority of apps and sites nowadays are not 99% text-based input only. I think of it akin to SD being like a novel and most websites being children's books: heavily picture based where you don't NEED to be able to see all the links on one page.

Honestly I think the way the Internet has developed modernly absolutely sucks. SD is one of the last sites that is visually similar to the old Internet pre 2010 and it works for the type of site that it is.

It is usable on the phone too. In fact the HTML upgrade 10 years ago increased usability on the phone but didn't destroy the gameplay altogether.

Just my opinion... coming from a coding hobbyist. The game is not a mobile friendly game in and of itself and trying to make it into one would just mess it up.

I do apologise to browser users. Perhaps I should have called “mobile friendly” an app instead?
