I have just noticed, here where I am now, the sun has only just risen at 8:00am. Aww its dark when I wake up for school at 6:45am now!

I get up at that time it is sooooo cold and dark that most mornings i think that it's the middle of he night!! |

Yup, and the light at the end of the day. I have been at a dog show all day, and still there in the freezing cold dark chatting, lol. |

I suffer from SAD so I really hate winter. It is particularly bad this year as the summer was so dull and wet that I have not been able to "stock up" on sunshine. Fortunately I have a lovely litter of RL Vizsla puppies to keep me going. Pam |

I like autumm and winter! I like summer and I admit I didn't like the past summer because it was terrible! But I had a three week holiday in the south of France so I had enough of hot weather after up to 40 degree heat! I love a really cold frosty morning in winter walking my dog. -AMGR |

I have a friend who used a "light box" to combat SAD. It worked for her. Have any of you tried this technique? |
