I set up this account to source breed and the kennel runs don't work. I set them up with no problem but the dogs just show up in the My Dogs & My Bitches runs. They work fine on my account that was up and running when the changeover happened.

On the "My Dogs" page - Settings (upper right next to Kennel Stats) - is Custom View selected?

Susurro is correct, you have your kennel set on classic view.
