For the second day in a row I have been unable to access the site. Has anyone else had this problem?

I think we all have.
Jeff is obviously aware as we are back now.
Hopefully this is the last one.

Scared the site will just someday not be here. Hope if SD ever goes down he will give us a goodly amount of time to get ready.

Yes, and I was quite productive offline between Sunday and Monday

I'm glad it's up and running today, though.

Yesterday was pretty bad. I barely got entries done before the site shut down again at around 10:30pm EST.

We deserve an explanation! I know when I played ShowCats there was no warning, one day it just went away. I sincerely hope that is not what this is leading up to. Been playing since 2003.

I don't remember how long ago Jeff had posted this, but he has another game for cattle that he said was used by students I believe, that taught about judging cattle or something similar. I remember the post mentioning that website takes up the majority of bandwidth that is shared with this game. I tried searching for it but I don't remember the keywords and I do not remember how long ago that was. That might be what is going on. Someone could email him and ask, about this.

I was on there too and he definitely did a post prior to the game shutting down, telling us that it would be, as I took a bunch of screenshots in preparation.

^can also confirm that ShowCats was given an announcement post before the site shut down (I think it was like a month in advance?) Hopefully the same will be done with SD when the time inevitably comes.
