I can't get the starter dog page to open. Just a white screen. Anyone else?

I think it must be the age of my account. I opened new basic account just to see and it worked fine, but I've had this one since 2011 I think. I tried directly navigating to the pages that worked with the new account and nothing. just white screen. I can just buy dogs, but I thought I could open up a breed again.
