I think at least two days so probaly gundog and working and pastrol with my friend and her old english. But if I qualify with the tibetan terrier then also utility day as well:P. Does anyone know of a campsite nearby? It would be easier to take the dogs then.

Yeah it took us about 1 and half hour from cheshire I don't think the hotel next to the nec lets dogs in so I'll go in my caravan and find a campsite it will be much cheaper!

I agree it is the worst show on earth for the dogs. I'm going down for the 4 days next year but may or may not take dogs as I really don't like it.

It can be stressful for older dogs as there are so many people around the benching area. I not sure if I'm taking a dog yet as I hoping to qualify!

I'd love to show and breed in RL but I have 2 shops to run so I can't. When I have sold my business later this year i hope to be able to spend time training and hopefully be able to show/breed in the future.

I wish you all luck and hope you have a great time.

It's a problem - you only get one go at life but earning a living gets right in the way of enjoying it.

Did you know?
The two largest American dog shows after Westminster are the National Dog Show (which is televised on Thanksgiving Day by NBC, usually after the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade) and the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship.
