I look in on my dogs so much that I must annoy them! I'm the same way in real life, though.

I set a reminder in my calendar for about 15-20 minutes past when they should drop.
That way, I can do other things until I get a reminder.

I keep refreshing the pages all the time and I jump from one dog to another like mad man laugh :D

Did you know?
The figure 8 exercise requires the team to heel in a figure 8 pattern either on or off leash. Generally two of the ring stewards will assist the judge with this exercise by acting as "posts", standing 8 feet apart, that the team walks around to form the loops of the figure 8.
