Not the first time this has happened, but I was unable to accept an offer on a puppy from an account with the message about limiting sales between accounts. This is an account that I haven't had significant financial transactions with and the last transaction was back in February. Are other people having this issue? Like I said, not the first time I have gotten this message in error but this is ridiculous.
