I've just seen the same two dogs entered 4 times each in one breed/show.
How has this happened?
It's really going to rat things up at the end of the month if it keeps happening.

It is a computer glitch.
It will sort itself out at the show, or it should.

It has happened to me in the past but I have gone back and removed the duplicate before the show runs.
Maybe they didn’t notice.

I think if the update is a little slow folks hit the submit button again. If it's really slow, they might do it again. I do think the extras will be dealt with when the shows run.
